About Us

Lakeside Title was established in 1978 as Northwest Title. In December of 1994 we became incorporated as Lakeside Title, LLC.

We have a long and proud tradition of serving the Cadillac area. Lakeside Title has grown in the last few years into a company with nine employees and a team approach to serving our valued customers.

With two different offices we are proud to serve our clients in Cadillac and Reed City, acting as a title agency in Wexford, Missaukee, Osceola and Lake Counties.
