Erica Heis – Production Coordinator

Erica is Lakeside’s Production Coordinator, typing commitments and expediting the variety of title issues that can arise. Erica attended Central Michigan University majoring in Commercial Recreation, with a minor in General Business Administration. She acquired her Real Estate license and was employed at one of Cadillac’s real estate
agencies for 3 years, as a licensed assistant to the Broker. Erica has spent many years as a resident of Reed City and Manton.

Karissa Nobles – Title Examiner and Final Policy Specialist

Karissa's career as Title Examiner comes naturally for her. She is a life long resident of Tustin and is raising her family there. She has an Associates Degree in Legal Studies which she obtained from Ferris State University in 2008. She currently attends Baker College of Cadillac.

Donna Molnar – Title Examiner

Donna’s role at Lakeside Title is a jack of all trades. She helps out wherever she is needed, whether it be as an examiner or helping out the receptionist. Donna moved to the Tustin area in 1998. She has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry with a mortgage background making her a very knowledgeable asset to Lakeside Title.
