Closers

Sara P. Haskin

Sara has been working in the title industry since 1991. As Manager of Lakeside Title since 1995 her primary role was previously as Lead Closer.

Sara supervises closings and oversees corporate closings. Sara is the business manager and is also doing some of the company accounting functions. She has overseen the growth of the company from three employees to its current staff. There is a close correlation between her reputation as a knowledgeable closer and the growth of Lakeside Title LLC to the largest title company in Cadillac.

Sara is a Cadillac native leaving only to attend Ferris State University in 1989 where she earned an Associates of Applied Science (Paralegal). Sara makes her home in Manton with her husband Richard.

Elizabeth Wetherell

Elizabeth grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Meredith College. She moved to Cadillac, MI in 1995 where she worked as Realtor and Office Coordinator for ERA Greater North Properties for 6 years. She joined Lakeside Title in 2002 and previously served as Production Supervisor. She is now a Closing Agent for the company.

Vicky Ball

Vicky was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, MI. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She moved to Cadillac in 2008 with her husband Chris and children, and started working at ERA Greater North Properties as an office coordinator and Realtor. She was also involved with the Paul Bunyan Board of Realtors as Treasurer and Vice President. She joined Lakeside Title in June of 2013 and is very excited to be part of the closing team. With her background knowledge in real estate she will be a wonderful asset to the team!
